This is a nice looking product, packaging was ok, we didn't have the problems other reviewers had. our product did not come with instructions, so we went to the website and the instructions are not quite the same thing we needed. for starters, the product does not come with the ceiling installation and even though Setup showed 4 wall brackets, we only had 3. our length was right for 3 brackets were were ok. our trail was disassembled, need such instructions. the brackets
